Jennifer Garner on Pre-Ben Affleck Divorce From Scott Foley: "We Just Imploded"

Jennifer Garner is happily married to Ben Affleck with three beautiful children.

But before the 41-year-old actress said "I do" to Affleck, she was married to Scott Foley for four years. In the September issue of Allure (on stands now), Garner said the former spouses "didn't have a shot."
"Oh, he's a great guy," the Dallas Buyers Club star said of Foley, who now has two children with wife Marika Dominczyk. "We were full-on grown-ups, but looking back I'm aware we did not know what hit us...He's a really good guy, and we just imploded."

Garner and her Felicity costar married in October 2000 after meeting on the set two years before. In March 2003, however, they separated, finalizing their divorce in March 2004. Months later, the actress met Affleck on the set of Daredevil, and the twosome tied the knot in June 2005.
And now that Garner and Foley have both happily moved on with their lives, there certainly doesn't seem to be any bad blood between them. Garner's ex-husband even went so far as to support her current one! When Affleck wasn't nominated for a Best Director Oscar in January 2013, Foley tweeted, "Travesty and injustice? A bit dramatic. But Affleck getting overlooked for a best director nod is just plain silly. That's right, silly."
