Despite the penalty loss to the Black Stars of Ghana after a tough match which ended 0-0 even after extra time, the Super Eagles were given N16million. The Super Eagles played a good game but couldn't see the goal post after some impressive display of skill and some misses, which took them to penalty shoot out where the missed some shots.
