El-Rufia was finally released by the Department of State Services (DSS) after 15hrs of questioning. El-Rufia who was the Former Minister of the Capital Territory and also the present Interim Deputy National Secretary of APC.
He was called in due to his comment which he said that violence will erupt if next years election were to be rigged. Only Amechi, Ngige and his lawyer were allowed into the premises.
