Real Madrid Begins Selling Shirts Bale's Shirts

Real Madrid have started selling Gareth Bale shirts after reportedly agreeing a world record £85m deal for the winger with Spurs Chairman Daniel Levy.
Sports stores in the Spanish capital have dressed mannequins with the Welshman's new jersey which has also been made available to purchase from Real Madrid's official online store.

On Friday, Madrid officials ordered for a stage to be erected beside the Bernebeu's directors box as they prepare to unveil their new signing to supporters on Monday or Tuesday.
Los Blancos are hopeful of making an official announcement this weekend and will then fly Bale out to Spain on Monday to complete a medical and meet his new team-mates.
The stage, below, is identical to those used by the club to welcome marquee signings in recent years, although it will differ from the pitch presentation laid out for Cristiano Ronaldo in 2009.

Following months of negotiations, a deal is believed to have been struck on Wednesday night in Madrid, during a meeting between Florentino Perez, Jose Angel Sanchez, Daniel Levy and Bale's agent, Jonathan Barnett.
The announcement has been delayed because of a testimonial match which took place on Thursday for Madrid legend Raul, and an unexpected set back for Spurs who lost out on £30m Willian to London rivals Chelsea. The Brazilian had been lined up as Bale's replacement after undergoing a medical at White Hart Lane.
Bale will wear the number 11 shirt for Madrid this season and become one of the club's highest earners on £8.6m a year after tax. He was photographed yesterday sporting precisely the same reverse baseball cap and aviator sunglasses look that Madrid's Cristiano Ronaldo has made his own in recent years.

Spurs, meanwhile, are expected to tie up a £25m deal to sign Roma's Erik Lamela in the next few days. The 21 year-old playmaker's representatives flew into Madrid this week to discuss terms with Levy and Tottenham's technical director Franco Baldini.
It's been a hectic few days for the North London club, who demolished Dinamo Tblisi 5-1 in the Europa League on Thursday evening. They entertain Swansea in the Premier League on Sunday.
