Halimat Aitsegame, the 2012 winner of Next Movie Star (NMS) reality
TV show, has finally received her official car, a brand new Hyundai
IX35 car and a cash price of N200, 000 in fulfillment of the promise of
the organizers at a prize giving party held at Troy Lodge, Ogba.
According to Sola Fajobi of Digital Interactive Media (DIM): “Today we have fulfilled our promise to 2012 NMS winner, Halimat Aitsegame, the winner of 2012 Next Movie Star 2012. Today she drives home a brand new Hyundai IX35.
”
Halimat, a graduate of Theatre Arts department of the University of Ibadan also went home with a cash gift of N200, 000.
Meanwhile, Bridget Chigbufue, first runner up went home with N200, 000 and a 42 inches plasma TV, while the second runner up, Babatunde Samuel, went home with N100, 000 and a 22 inches TV. Third runner up, Olajoju Muse, won herself a sum of hundred thousand naira.
The show which made its debut in 2005 has been the launch pad for a number of celebrities including Tonto Dike, Annie Macaulay, Kevin Chuwang Pam, Porttia Yamahan, Uti Nwachukwu, Lydia Forson, Karen Igho and Tamara Eteimo to mention a few.
The Next Movie Star 2013 Reality TV Show Africa Reloaded edition will be also be broadcast in Ghana, Sierra Leone, Gambia, Kenya, Malawi, Tanzania, Uganda, South Africa and Liberia
